Charmed Ones collectively sought out an effective and creative way to recreate the standard mold of beauty. As seen below, we have always surrounded ourselves with diverse groups of people. All shapes, colors and sizes. Even as sisters we are a range of variety when it comes to "beauty." Help us tear down society's NORM. Join us as we attempt to REDEFINE what BEAUTY is.

"Beauty in projection and perceiving is 99.9% ATTITUDE"-Grey Livingston....In order to BE beautiful, you must first FEEL beautiful. In order to FEEL beautiful...you may need to SHED every single thought of what the world tells you beauty should be...and find it within YOU.

To all the young women looking at the magazines thinking "why cant i look like that?" We want you to know..before airbrushing and editing SHE didnt even look like that. Look in the mirror, LOVE YOURSELF and hear our message:
"We are all different shades of grace, beauty shouldn't be limited in any way. Ladies come lets all join hands, and I'll tell you I understand. We aren't all one shape or size, but our beauty can't be denied. We don't care what society thinks is right, ..it's time for a change, time to see the light."
I respect you guys so much for everything you're doing and the message you're sending to young girls and women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and color. You three lovely ladies are going to change the world with your work. Please continue to make the difference you are beginning to make and allow a legacy to be born. Congratulations to the beautiful women in the video for participating and supporting such an amazing project. Let the world know you can and WILL "Redefine Beauty".

ReplyDeleteSo here I am. lol.. (Kia) .. I have been procrastinating, but not bc I ment to.. I really am first of all proud of the three beautiful Sisters that had the mindset to put "self" aside and really allow what some would think to be "ordinary" become and be broadcast as the EXTRAORDINARY.Sometimes it takes a person years/decades to realize "its hip to be a square", although we've been taught that since gradeschool.. It tends to be easier said than done.However Redefine Beauty and the foundation it portrays is PHENOMENAL.. It speaks beyond just what they write on the site, they live it and incorporate others to live it as well. As females its easy for us to cover up things inside or turn our noses at others with make-up, weave, expesive clothing,(ext), but this Redefined Beauty is a creed to live by where we "wake up" and realize that with or with out... WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL.. Now whip yo head back and forth.. CYBER Round of Applause to The Three Charmed Ones Co... xoxo..

ReplyDeleteI thought the video was great. Your did a wonderful job on it. I like the different ladies, different looks, and very different personalities and styles. I know your are doing a wonderful job and should keep up the Great work. I also think the video should have been in two parts. 1 part the ladies and everything and another part with only the bloopers but overall it is wonderful what your are doing. I want to say Thank You soo much to Kia, I know I am extremely difficult when it is time to be serious and work but it is all Love and Fun. I Love Your
